TropiClear® Shock and Swim

A safe, effective, oxidizing shock treatment for Pools and Spas

  • Full strength
  • Swim 15 minutes after application
  • Oxidizes contaminants
  • Restores water clarity

DIRECTIONS FOR POOL USE:

With filter pump operating, broadcast uniformly over the surface of the pool/spa water to ensure complete mixing and good circulation. Remove swimmers from pool during treatment. Swimmers may reenter the water 15 minutes after treatment.

FOR RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOLS:

For pools with moderate daily use add 1 pound (0.45 liter) of this product per 10,000 gallons (38 m3) of pool water by broadcasting evenly throughout pool. More frequent and/or heavier doses may be required when bather loads are extremely heavy or following heavy rains or high winds.

FOR COMMERCIAL/PUBLIC SWIMMING POOLS:

Commercial/public pools generally require heavier doses of this product than residential pools due to heavier bather loads. Add 1 to 2 pounds (0.45 to 0.9 liter) of this product per 10,000 gallons (38 m3) of pool water by broadcasting evenly throughout the pool. The dose required and the frequency will depend largely on the bather load.

FOR SPAS:

Regular use of this product in spa water will oxidize and remove organic contaminants and keep your spa water crystal clear. In general, spas require higher doses of this product than swimming pools. Add 4 to 8 ounces (0.11 to 0.23 liter) of this product per 1,000 gallons (3.8 m3) of spa water. Public spas which are used every day may need treatment on a daily basis.
