All sales are final. We accept exchanges (only) for product(s) that may have been damaged during transit or if you received the incorrect product(s). No items will be accepted for a monetary refund.
To be eligible for an exchange, we must be notified by email or by calling (305-395-8333) within 7 (seven) business days of delivery. The product(s) must be in all original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received them. All product(s) eligible for exchange will be inspected by our team to ensure proper replacement. Proof of purchase is required. No exchanges on discounted items. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on exchanges. No refunds will be applied on original shipping cost from supplier to customer.If the shipping carrier returns an item to us because it was refused or undeliverable at the address provided, a 25% restocking fee will apply along with the round trip shipping cost for the package. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees will be charged back at the time of the return.
