Active ingredient: Calcium Hypochlorite. Must be pre-mixed prior to treatment to avoid bleaching vinyl liners.
Dosage:
1 lb. treats 10,000 gallons.
Initial treatment: With pump running, broadcast 1 lb. of this product per 10,000 gallons directly into the deep end of the pool or the middle of the spa. For regular treatment: Use at the rate of 1 lb. per 10,000 gallons every week. When the pool is subjected to heavy use, excessive algae or strong weather conditions, additional treatment may be required.
