Política de reembolso
Your satisfaction is our priority. All sales are final. We accept exchanges (only) for product(s) that may have been damaged during transit or if you received the incorrect product(s). No items will be accepted for a monetary refund.
To be eligible for an exchange, we must be notified by email or by calling (305-395-8333) within 7 (seven) business days of delivery. The product(s) must be in all original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received them. All product(s) eligible for exchange will be inspected by our team to ensure proper replacement. Proof of purchase is required. No exchanges on discounted items. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on exchanges. No refunds will be applied on original shipping cost from supplier to customer.
If the shipping carrier returns an item to us because it was refused or undeliverable at the address provided, a 25% restocking fee will apply along with the round trip shipping cost for the package. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees will be charged back at the time of the return.
We do not accept any exchanges on hazardous items, flammable liquids gases or electronic components.
Cancelling an Order:
Cancellations are only allowed if the product hasn’t been packaged and shipped or picked up. We pride ourselves on quickly processing and shipping orders, therefore we cannot guarantee cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and “cancel” in the subject line. If we are able to fulfill the cancellation, we will email you confirmation.
Incompatible or products believed to be defective:
We cannot accept responsibility for merchandise that is not compatible or does not function with your system. Please contact the manufacturer directly to determine that a product will be suitable/compatible with existing equipment prior to purchasing it. If you feel you have a defective product, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Wrong Product Shipped:
If you receive the wrong product by our mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly exchange it for the correct product if returned to us undamaged within 10 days from the date of your receipt.
